On Sept 5th, I paid for the service of fixing my household washing machine. Action Appliance was contacted to do the work claiming to have the work completed in 3 days or less.The suspected part was replaced. It was the wrong part. READ THE COMPLAINTS, folks! Wish we had seen them before we allowed these cheats into our home!
We had a technician check out our clothes dryer & were told we needed a new belt. My husband wrote a check for $301.26 for the part & installation, to be done later that week. We discussed it immediately after the technician left & decided a new dryer was a better choice. "It is our policy to handle every service call honestly, efficiently and reasonably." That's a direct quote from our receipt, and NONE of it was true in our case. The repairman came out on Tuesday and couldn't come back with the part until Thursday. I teach at a night high school, and my husband is out of town, so we told him we were under a tight timeline. My dryer's heating element broke. Action Appliance, Inc. came out within an hour of me calling. They fixed it within the following hour. I would recommend Action Appliance, Inc. to anyone!!!!
