ABC news did a story on these creeps - they hacked into alot of payday loans sites and stole information - The key to knowing this is they will have Indian accents and use names that are very common
Tell them to take a long walk off a short pier and hang up
If he calls next time . Tell him that you know this is a scam and you reported him to local PD and FBI .
Several voice mails from this company claiming to take legal action against me if I didn't pay for a payday loan that I allegedly took out in May of 2007. I didn't take out a payday loan and haven't for several years but apparently regardless those companies are either selling the information from their clients or their systems have been hacked into. I have two options I was told by the man...
The company's electronic payment system doesn't work properly. The consumer gets charged a late charge because the company does not process the payments correctly when originally submitted. Thousands may be being overcharged these rip off late fees. They blame the consumer rather than fixing their systems
