I bought a piano from Paul in 2013. He told me at the time of the sale he didn't have the bench that went with it but he would get it to me as soon as he could and gave me a loaner. After not hearing from him for two weeks I emailed and he assured me the bench would be delivered. I emailed several times afterward …
