Great Customer Service

Ace Towing & Recovery is a very professional company. The staff there is very nice. One of the employees there was kind enough to assist me in getting my vehicle back. I would recommend Ace Towing & Recovery to anyone!.

So my wife and 5 year old decided to go to the parade in downtown Raleigh. We are new to the area and when she parked downtown she went to the first kiosk she saw and paid for her parking. (So she thought) after the parade she showed up to where she parked to find that the car had been towed! After walking a half an hour to find ace towing she showed them her recipt that showed she had paid and...

These guys are morons. Russel believes fat equals tough and threatens customer. They lie and break the law with no accountability. Worse company I've ever run across. Trick is I own a towing company and I know the laws. So for once you'll answer for this one. Unfortunately a lot of people you take advantage of can afford to fight you legally. I can.
