Great customer service - I originally bought 4 Winnrun tires in Murrieta and "tested" them on my commute to work - 60 miles. Horrible tire for an Audi A4. Manager at store of purchase said they were similar to my Toyo's. Ummm, no...So I went into the Kearny Mesa location and was greeted by Daniel and Joey I told them my issue and was promptly issued a credit for the tires and exchanged them for...

Friendly service. When I called they knew my tires had arrived and we were able to schedule an appointment the next day to install the tires.

The have one of the best prices in town. Daniel was courteous and the service was fast. They gave me a deal on alignment and I also opted for a 3year alignment contract with them.

Installation and alignment were fast

They worked with me and adjusted the time since I was going to be a bit late. The tire installation and alignment was pretty fast and they were done within an hour and a half, but I felt like it was rushed I'd rather them work 2-3 hours as long as they get my tire alignment right, I just don't know if the alignment was correct.
