Worst customer service EVER. Wanted to return items with my receipt but they were purchased from a different store. The store manager simply refused to do it even though they were new items and they sell them. He blamed it on the area and then eventually blamed it on them being locally owned. He then proceeded to talk about a return policy and when i asked where it was posted he pointed to...
BAD. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. These guys are idiots and have poor customer service ethic. Call to speak with mgmt and got hung up on.
