Paying for a service that wasn't made. In the 10 years that I have lived here this company has only missed one pick up and that was in the summer. That was a few years ago. Great Service. Terrible. After I pre-paid for 3 months, they didn't pick up for two weeks, even though their system showed they did. Then after picking up once, they didn't pick up again for another 2 weeks! On top of that, they never delivered the container we paid for. The service was for a rental, so I was constantly worried guest would arrive with the trash overflowing. This is the THIRD time in less than a month that ace has not picked up my trash. I called and they said it's because of the weather and I can't get a credit because they don't issue them because of the weather. I never had any problem with Ace. They've always picked up whatever I put out on time and they seem friendly on the phone or when you stop in the office. They have a fuel surcharge on the bill now but a lot of places are doing that.

Got runaround for five days in getting my trash picked up. They never return calls either.

I have a five person household and alot of trash on a weekly basis. Ace neglected to pick up my trash one week and I let it go. The next week the guys took off without my trash again. Therefore, I called the office. The lady radioed the driver and he stated he picked it up. I explained to her that I was looking at my trash in the cans.
