"They put my husband's name on ONE OF MY CHECKS" How did they get a copy of ONE OF YOUR CHECKS? SOMEBODY had to have given them ONE OF YOUR CHECKS.

Some people don't read before they respond.

I was trying to warn people that this can happen to them. Neither my husband NOR I had ever HEARD of this company-ACE cash Express before he started getting phone calls from them! We did NOT send this company any checks of any sort. They put my husband's name on one of my checks and tried to get money from my checking account.

Neither I nor my husband have EVER had any dealings with this company. We are not sure if an individual who by the way is up on Grand Theft and Identity Theft charges was responsible for this-but now this so called "COMPANY" has gotten hold of information as to my husband's workplace and is calling him at work! We do not have a joint bank account of any kind-but, yet this company super-imposed...

An idea...

Pay your debt. You say they put you husband's name on the check and that you do not have a joint bank account. By saying that you tell us that you sent them one of your checks. Hmmmm, nice try, but pay your debt and your husband will not get calls at work.
