Stay far away.

Do not do business with owner operator William C. Constance, Access Pro Tax and/or Access Pack & Mail. Constance is a cheat and a rip off. His fees are high and the returns if any, are small. In addition, Constance is on the verge of filing for bankruptcy.

I have been using Bill at Access for years. He is honest and quick.
Knows the law backwards and forwards. If you want him to cheat you need to go elsewhere.
