The state-of-the-art school facility is over 10,000 square feet with three large training areas; separate changing rooms, pro shop.
One area has our custom made heavy bag system with over 40 eight foot heavy bags with padded, rubberized flooring.
Our second training area is matted and consists of cage paneling for MMA training, a cantilever heavy bag system, TRX system, Concept2 Rowing...

The nicest most bad a""est people ever. I'm addicted to Krav Maga!! I love it here. Thank you to all the instructors who are amazing and my fellow classmates who have to deal with my lame jokes in every class. I love CrossPit too. You just give it all you've got during class plus some and then die later.

ASD is less of a gym and more of a religion. Everyday that I walk into the gym I welcomed and it feels like my second home. I have learned a lot about fitness, combat, and staying healthy since I started there in 2014. The versatility of the classes and the wealth of knowledge that the trainers possess is unrivaled.
