I felt like Jon and his team really went above and beyond to guarantee my satisfaction throughout the mortgage process. Also, as a first time home buyer, I didn't ever feel like I was asking a stupid question, even if it was something that may have come across as a naive request.

I am all about customer service. Each time I contacted Cameron or Sean (no longer employed by Academy) they were both extremely fast to respond. The entire process was pretty smooth. My only suggestion would be to not involve so many people in the process because my paperwork kept getting misplaced and I had to resubmit multiple documents twice.
