Bike left with safety issues! YP.com

Took bike in to have tires replaced. 2 days later I find I am missing 2 pinch bolts for the forks. Long story short: The tech rounded off the 2 pinch bolts and didn't bother telling me about it or that those pinch bolts were now not there.
