On March 26th there were 4 gentlemen from your company who moved our furniture. I would like to let you know that they did an excellent job. They were true professionals. They updated us through out the day and we were not expecting that but it certainly made for a great move. I also hired this company, and every one of you are correct. This is a scam company. My contract called for trucks and 5 movers, for which I was paying for. Only 1 truck and 4 movers showed up. I was told by the Foreman that one truck?

I work for a company that restores and repairs Items damaged in the move. first she brought us a table minus the leaf we quoted the price then when we inquired about the leaf so we could make the repair to match she is balking at paying us for work done and the table has been done for weeks. As a client I would be very upset. The table still sits here waiting for pick up and payment. They came in and made a payment on the table. Friday 2/22/2013

I also hired this company, and every one of you are correct. This is a scam company. My contract called for 2 trucks and 5 movers, for which I was paying for. Only 1 truck and 4 movers showed up. I was told by the Foreman that one truck got stuck over 100 miles away and the 5th man just did not show up.. Stacy still charged me for the 2 trucks and 5 men.

Wow! to see yet another posting like mine--damaged furniture--ignored calls--unprofessional movers! Yes that is it! These people are NOT BBB certified as listed on their website and have 8 complaints against them on there for service issues..those are from people who know they can file a complaint against a Company that is not a member!
They are not insured-to my knowledge and if they are REFUSED to give me any information on their carrier so I can file a claim on over $1000 worth of damage items and still counting as the boxes are being emptied.
