I rarely write negative reviews but Able definitely deserves one. This company is a scam. My business paid $130 for them to come to my business for an hour to fix our printer. They took the printer as soon as they arrived and said they had to parts to fix it. We contacted them multiple times the following week trying to get a status update on the printer and no response. Great service! Any time I have a problem with my computers I call Able. I just relocated my business and they moved my copier and setup of my network. They do it all!

This is one of the gems of Dixie Highway. I have had them service both my Brother Printers. Service is completed within 48 hours maximum,often within hours. One was a warranty repair, done efficiently at no charge. The other was a service on my laser printer after two years of hard use. Service done with a smile.
