We had to rent a dumpster for a recent work order and when I called to inquire about a receipt, the woman who answered the phone (Tammy) was extremely rude and condescending. I'm not sure how it is acceptable to be so rude to a paying customer, but we will never do business with them again if we can help it.

Have always had good service. Our drivers are reliable, friendly and even helped me carry out my recycling when I was running late getting it to the curb. Have had ABC since we moved to this house in 2006. Prices are competitive and they recycle a wider range of materials than other services last time I checked. They have taken away number of things we needed to dispose of that wouldn't fit in...
ive used this company and until ust a week ago, i was happy! Now, im mad! 1) they refused to pick up my can cuz it was "too heavy" with ice. when i loked at it, the can was light, just stuck on some ice! the lady in the office was so rude, and said she and the company cant do anything, cuz they didnt have the manpower to work issues like that! not even a little note informing the customer....
