Not too bad a place to live -Water is shut off at the entire building several times weekly due to leaks - These constant shut offs and create burst pipes and floods

since we got our new manager things have been GREAT. She really knows how to run a great property. The maintenance is good too. We are close to the light rail and down town. WHICH IS GREAT for a young guy like me. the only thing that i can think of that is a bit bad is when they have to turn off the water for repairs, but they try to let us know a week in advance.

I have lived here for just under a year. Since then we have gotten a new manager and she really cares about this place. Not that it was even close to being bad before but now it is GREAT. I always feel welcomed and my work orders are always done quickly. Thank you ABBEY.
