I've used Akiva to transport my grandmother around NYC. Since she has gotten ill it was almost impossible for her to get around the city. This is when we began using ambulate services but unfortunately most of them are expensive and concentrate of doctor offices instead of their customers. I found Akiva to be a refreshing change.
