People who put this place down just don't know what they are talking about! I have been a customer there for almost 5 years, and EVERY time I need something they are most helpful. If I am put on hold I patiently wait because I have been in there and they are BOMBED most of the time. first of all i have to talk to a person that doesn;t speak the english language very well, then i am put on hold when i ask a question. I have to hang up and call back because he forgot me on hold. The same guy answers again, then he says the person that can help me is gone to the bank. I am calling corporate because no one has called me back yet. It's been two working days.
