What a horribly managed inefficient store. They were having computer issues and made me wait 20 minutes (I was the only customer in the store), then estimated $130 to frame a small $25 piece of art. I asked for alternate solutions and was offered none. Save the hassle and your money and go to Michaels.

Really bad customer service. I could hardly get the people that worked there to answer my questions. Word of advice to anyone that wants to do framing go to Michael's. At least they answer questions, give advice, and show you different ways to make your picture look amazing!
They have a very large selection of frames but it's way over-priced, so unless you have a 40% or 50% off coupon or they have a BOGO deal, it's just not a good deal to get anything at regular price.They do have a lot of unique frames and it's good quality.
