Please don't deal with this company if you ever have to rent a property they're managing. They will never work with you if you have issues and they won't admit their mistake especially breaching my contract for not providing me a new washer for 2 months. These people have no conscience and they will make up any reason they can make just to keep your deposit. They're deceitful and dishonest.

We managed for David from January 2002 until March of 2003. I find it interesting that David claims we would not let him out of his contract. Our contracts are month to month and he could have cancelled at any time. There is a $300 early termination fee built into the contract but we often waive that and would have done so in this case if David would have expressed his desire to cancel. ...
