Phil Gardner was very responsive and friendly. He came out on short notice and was able to clear out our drain clog. I will definitely use him again for any future plumbing needs.

I looked up the company on a Friday night when we discovered the furnace was not working. Jim called us first thing Saturday morning and came out right away. He was able to replace a broken part but also went further and cleaned the furnace for us as well. He was prompt, knowledgeable and top notch for customer service. Jim called within in minutes on a Sunday night after completing my request for a drain clog. Scheduled for early Monday morning. Worked with me over the phone since I was helping my mother with her drain clog issue. He was very polite and I would recommend him for getting the problem fixed promptly and being very nice.
