Do Not Use This Company!!! I called and made an appointment to have a service tech. come out to see if my inset microwave could be repaired. The tech came to our home and said that it could not be fixed and that we needed to buy a new unit. He then presented us with a bill for $89. I gotta say, after using A AAA A1 Fast Guaranteed Appliance, I will never call anyone else. The tech knew what he was doing, he was very friendly helpful and patient with me. My washer needed a new lid switch and my dishwasher needed a new pump. He replaced both both parts and even discounted the price due to budget issues. That is true customer service! Thanks Glenn!! -
