After filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in May 2011, Shan did agree to a partial refund of the $75.00 charge. Since I can not remove the aforementioned review, I am giving an update of my business with him. He did pay me a check of $37.50 which I received on August 4th, 2011. A to Z Computer Fix claims to "do it right. The first time." The only thing they right is take away your money. My computer was infected with a smss.exe trojan virus and I hired Ishaq Shan to fix the computer. He charged me $75.00. For a repairman, this should be a simple problem but for over an hour he sat on the computer and did not seem to have any clue on how to fix the virus which infected...
