A beautiful atmosphere. It is an old barn turned into a Spa. The porch is fabulous where you can sit for a few before your treatment and have a view of the mountains and the pond. The people are friendly and the music is relaxing. I had a wonderful massage and decided to add a facial afterwards and they were very accommodating about it. I will definitely go back. I walked out of Utopia relaxed.

My wife enjoyed visiting Utopia Spa. She received relaxation therapy and a facial. Afterwards all she could talk about is how she enjoyed the therapy and the atmosphere of the spa. Would highly recommend visiting when in the Sevierville area.

I got a gift certificate for Utopia Day Spa in Sevierville. I went & decided on their Rejuvenating Facial & Spa Pedicure. Linda did the facial & she was great. very quiet & professional. I was in Pigeon Forge for my job. I found this great day spa in the country. It was quiet; a very tranquil location. I was treated very nicely. The massage their Signature Massage was awesome.
