Okay there isn't an option to rate this place ZERO stars, so I'll have to settle with one. This place is possibly the worst optometry office I have ever been to. The receptionists are exceptionally rude. Upon asking them which forms of insurance they accept (a normal question for all medical providers) they started screaming out "Do I look like I work for HR? THIS IS NOT HR!" Um hello....What the hell does that even mean?? What kind of insurance do you accept? Just answer the damn question!
Apparently I wasn't the only one irritate though, because they were arguing with another client there and another one over the phone at the time! Unbelievable.
They are so incompetent it's almost funny. The interior looks like a zoo. I kept wondering why there were 8x as many employees as patients, all doing things that looked so completely busy when there was obviously nothing going on at all.
Apologies to the optometrists. They may actually be capable of providing good eye care, but it's hidden by the fact that they have monkeys working for them at the front desk.
Exceptionally rude, incompetent, untrained, unhelpful people I have ever met in a professional setting.
Do not believe the 5 star posters. It's quite clear they work there!
