I think the cheapest smog check in the Bay Area is with these guys. Although the Filipino guy is not very friendly, this is where I go to every single time, and they get the job done for me.

This guy is absolutely rude. Seemed like he was in a bad mood...I came to get my cars smog check done I walk in and he tells me to remove some engine covers out of the car I said what cover I said...

Still a good cheap spot. Located right next to a McDonald's in not the best place in Hayward but you get in and out quick. The lady who tripped in the review below is a one off they have signs...
