My experience at the 21st& R Street Storage Pro facility has been an excellent one. The manager Henry and his staff, Andy & Monroe, all assisted me throughout the chore of moving & consolidating, all the while making it much more pleasant experience with their knowledgeable, kind and considerate ways. Every step of the way I was impressed with their customer service. I feel that my belongings will be safe & secure with this crew's attention to detail. Thanks so much!!!

I have been renting a unit from storagePRO for a year now. My experience with them has been amazing. They are very customer service orientated. They always find a way to work with you and tailor to all of your needs. The price is very affordable and the location is conveniently in mid-town. I couldn’t ask for any more.

StoragePro made my first storage experience amazing. The staff is so helpful and transparent on everything. I feel very safe keeping my things there. They are the perfect location and I recommend them to anyone looking for a storage unit.

Storage Pro Cleanest Place Ever!

This has got to be the cleanest storage place I have ever seen. They mop the floors daily, and the bathroom is in pristine condition.
The staff are all friendly, especially Henry, Monroe, and Andy. They know the regular customers by name which is a nice personal touch.
Best of all, they offer free coffee, water and COOKIES! Who can beat fresh baked cookies waiting for you every time you have to get something out of storage?!
