Used ASAP three years ago to install new A/C Unit. Persuaded me to buy a Frigidaire vs. Trane, because they promised a SEER of 16 on the Frigidaire. After we got it, checked with manufacturer and found the SEER was only 14. In the three years we've had it, it has never operated right. ASAP has only responded by adding more refrigerant.
