I am not too happy about this school

Didn't show up teh first time (supposed to come and pick me up) and didn't even call me to let me know anything. If I hadn't called them the same day for five times, nobody would have even bothered to let me know what was going on. Second time, I paid the full amount (6 hours packege) and I still havent had more than two hours of driving. I keep leaving messages on voice mails left and right...
