Came here to get our Heat Surge® Roll-n-Glow room heater fixed and was very pleased at Rocco's friendly, knowledgeable service and the very fair repair pricing. Would highly recommend Rocco and A Plus Vacuum. Plan to come back in the near future and look at their vacuums as we are not satisfied with the two we have! Norm Voelzow - Wingate, NC

I would recommend this shop to ANYONE in the Charlotte area who is looking for a new vacuum or is needing service on an existing machine. Shop owner, Rocco, really knows his stuff :)

I'm sorry that this customer feels this way, but our fees are standard in the industry and are not adjusted because of the low cost of their disposable big box store vacuum cleaner that will continue to break. That's why we sell quality vacuums at our store with longer and better warranties.
