Mike the tech who worked on my spa spent three times as long as he quoted on my spa fixing things not anticipated in his original quote. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of his job and even fixed several safety issues we were unaware of. He spent a day working to replace a new heater that went bad a week after install. We now have a completely rebuilt spa brought up to 2014...

Excellent customer service. Was up-front on when work could be done, kept me posted on ETA. Worked my job in late on a Friday evening. Explained possible issues, walked me through the system, explained what was wrong and got my spa back up and running. Very reasonable rates, great communication, excellent experience. Definitely will use this company moving forward.
