Mark, from A Five Star Company, has been out to work on my air conditioner and also my heater. He always shows up within a couple of hours. He does a great job, and he is a real nice guy. He's like a friend, really. The customer service there is great. Overall, a terrific company. I highly recommend them, and I will use them again.

I'm very impressed with A Five Star Company because instead of trying to sell me a brand new AC unit, they figured out how to rebuild it and saved me a fortune. Mark has been taking care of us for at least the past 10 years, and I like that he's very reliable and backs his work up. If there's ever a problem, he'll come back right away to make sure that everything is running well.
