I ve been taking my dog Dodger to A Dog s Day Out since arriving in DC from Seattle in 2011. The price is comparable to what I was paying in Seattle. He really enjoys coming to daycare and the staff always warmly greet Dodger and I at the door. When I pick him up he is completely exhausted from his day and I can tell he had fun by the barking and running he does in his sleep! I like that...
We LOVE this place. More importantly, our dog LOVES this place! The business itself is very clean, bright and welcoming. You can see the doggy play areas from the entry area. There is always someone in each of the play areas cleaning up, watching the dogs, and giving them lots of attention.

I do kind of prefer the idea of keeping my dog in a day care especially when the weather gets bad.
But I would NOT recommend this daycare.
Instead, I found the people at Your Dogs Best Friend very helpful and my dog seems to really like going there. The owner is always very nice to me, and always thanks me for my service when he sees me.
