I have relied on A & D Repair to fix my washer, dryer, and fridge for as long as I can remember -- literally. My mother used them when I was a kid and when I grew up and bought a home of my own, I continued the tradition.
Ed is honest, reliable, knowledgeable, and reasonable. I wouldn't call anyone else. If you want more feedback than is available here, check out his reviews on Google. People love him.
A & D Repair Service should not be used!! i called for two days concerning my dryer that needed repair and was continuously put off, despite the fact that i kept reporting a problem to Ed Ryan. Eventually he agreed to come look at the dryer and then didn't show up. He claimed he came by and that i hadn't answered my phone (which was untrue as i had it in my pocket all afternoon!) He was unapologetic, argued with me about where my house was located and did not offer to come back, even though I told him i would be gone for the two days before the holiday weekend. He eventually hung up. This was terrible service, and Ed was certainly not the "on time guy" he claims to be in his yellow pages ad. Try another service!
Flat out the best serviceman I've ever experienced ... Solved problem quickly. Didn't look to post me up on cost ... Prior to leaving my house fixed my ice maker for no cost! They don't make a better appliance serviceman!
This guy is great. We needed a refrigerator repair and he came out and fixed it at a reasonable price. Much better than one of these large companies. Would highly recommend.
Excellent service, Ed arrived in 10 minutes to fix my refrigerator and had it up an running in less than 20 minutes. Could not ask for better service.
