I have been to the Parkersburg location and it is terrible as well. Not a nice place, dirty, the staff aren't trained and don't know what they are doing in my opinion. I wouldn't take a dog there I liked.

A Caterpillar Clubhouse is extremely unprofessional and i don't advise that you take your kids there.
