This is simply not a reliable service company. Last December 2009 aBriggs lost both my passport and green card while processing a foreign VISA. Since then they have completely ignored my claims to get reimbursement of not only the lost documents but also their basic service fee. This is just outrageous and I would recommend everyone to seek alternatives.
Terrible terrible terrible service!!!service paid for a 2 days (48 hours) to have a passport,end up having a 3-4 days service due to the manager (of the boston office) error ..as she didn't told us (and didn't check) that they needed a travel intinerary!! Promise a refund after 4 months no refund no getting back at us!! Even ignoring our emails and calls!! No nothing will never ever use this company again!!!

I always use A Briggs when I need a visa done in short notice. Both John and Janice at the Boston office are extremely professional and helpful. They are always attentive and make it their point to see that you meet your flight dates. They are knowledgeable in the process and provide clear visibility and great insight to help you better manage your expectations.
These people are actually located in downtown crossing. Nice office, nice people. They got our visas for us very quickly. I will certainly use them again should I need to.
