This is a wonderfull store. The birds are well cared for by caring compassinate and knowledgable staff. The birds seem happy, healthy and the cages are cleaned to the expectation that you can get a bird cage clean. I would recommend this store to many
friends and family.

I bought my Greenwing Macaw here a couple years ago and they put up with lots of visits, questions, and phone calls. They also provide free wing and nail clippings for free.
The staff is always friendly and very easy to deal with. I had problems with my baby greenwing and had to take him back for a short time and they wanted to do anything possible to make me happy.

Very nice store, ran very professionaly and you can tell all, all the employees care for the birds and customers.
Not too long ago, A Bird Haven did a remodel which made the store fun and easy to move around in. There was some up-grade to the bird room, the waterfalls are a nice touch, but they did not replace the old cages or deal with the lack of light for the birds. I am hoping they will be able to deal with that as the economy improves.
The bird room is separate from the rest of the store because they have birds out on stands. Anyone can walk in, use the hand sanitizer, and interact with the birds that are out. The cages are not dirty, almost every time I am in there, they are pulling...
I have to disagree with the last comment degrading Bird Haven. I have been there many times and have seen nothing but care and conpassion for the birds by the employees. They try and get the birds out to sit on the stands as much as…
