I requested a quote for a piece of glass. the lady in the office was unable to quote me a precise cost and said she would get back to me in a day or two . a week later I hadn't heard from her. On the eighth day she got back to me with the real price. by that time I had moved on to another vendor.

I'd recommend buying a replacement panel online and doing it yourself if possible. I generally support local-owned businesses, but there's a point at which it just doesn't make sense. It was 2-3 weeks by the time the replacement glass was installed and it didn't go very well. The glass was installed obviously …
