I had an appointment with A Arron lock and key we set a couple of days in advance. Unfortunately nobody was sent out to my home - I enjoyed speaking with Scott he was friendly and polite - that gets the high rating. Overall I wanted to use a local company but they left a bad taste in my mouth. Never called back.

Thanks for selling my mother a key that doesn't work and refusing to give her the money back. You decided to not give her the money back and refused to try and fix it.
