Gosh, it can be stressful when you are locked out of your house. I am blessed though and my neighbor was happy to let me wait in her house for the technician to arrive. I wish the cost was less than what I paid, but the man was nice about it all. But thank you and God bless you and your family.

I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with the lock. I took it out, put it back.. I finally gave up and called these guys up. They came out and showed me exactly what the issue was and ended up replacing the broken lock. I didn’t mind the cost so much as much as i mind all the time I wasted trying to fix a broken lock!

Sometimes I sit there and think about all of the times that I laughed at my sister for losing her keys. But It wasn’t too funny when it happened to me. Luckily I called her and she gave me the number for these guys. They came out here in less than an hour and also found my keys on the floor right in the foyer! (good job me)

Tonight was the third time I had to use them. Don't ask... anyway once again the tech that came over was really great. Understanding of my situation and made me feel totally comfortable (let's just say that I was left inside a very compromising situation by my nutty girlfriend... - or should i say ex girlfriend at this point). Last time I called the guy that came was the same both times, his name was Dave, this guy I am not sure - but as I said both were here fast and were extremely helpful so thanks.

It's pretty elegant what he can do with his tools all the while carrying on a pleasant conversation in a walk up hallway. I highly recommend them for any locksmith work you need done.
