The motor on my Eureka upright stopped running and since A1 was a factory authorized repair center I called them. fIrst I asked what the price of a new motor would be. Their owner/representative told me that the part would be about $100. My husband and I have done business with A1 Sewing for many years. The owner is knowledgeable, helpful and very pleasant. I have been dealing with A1 Sewing and Vacuum for years. You will be sure to get great service. The owners go out of their way to make sure your parts are on time. I purchased a Janome machine over 3 years ago, and receive the same great service, as if I bought it today.
I can't say enough good things about A1.
