Excellent customer service.. The ladies there were very very helpful with everything I needed and also efficient. I will definitely be going back there.

Owner will claim you won't be charged any late fees for bringing the truck back a little late we only brought it 30 minutes past schedule but we got charged late fees. Never rent from here!...

It took over 30 min to do the paperwork because the lady at the counter didn't know how to use the computer, I actually had to go around the front desk and help her check myself out. They charged...

Took 45 minutes to get a truck and they gave us the wrong truck...after giving us the wrong keys..insisted that I go check the mileage and dents myself. I rated my experience with uhaul.com and the lady called me the next day yelling at me and then hung up on me. Go somewhere else if you are actually looking for customer service.
