multiple rate hikes since I've been here and now late fees increase to $20 from $10. Management is inept, unhelpful. Act like they don't need your business here. Just switched to Morena Storage down the street for about half the rate and comes with free truck for loading/unloading.

I'm giving A1 storage 5 stars because of the manager, Elizabeth. I encountered her on multiple occasions when I had to move from one unit to another. She was patient and understanding when she could have just showed me the door (literally). If I ever move back to San Diego and need to store my belongings when I deploy, I know there's no hesitation when I say it's at A1 on Morena.
