Don't EVER use these people to fix anything in your home. We had a guy come out and before he even walked in the door, asked if we were going to pay him. That right there should have told me this was not a good idea. He looked in my fridge one time and told me to unplug the fridge and have it defrost for 48 hours. He said after you plug it back in and don’t feel cold air, to call him back. So...
