Great location and decent apartments. Somewhat pricey for the square footage though ($1300 monthly for a small 1 bedroom plus $155 for parking). Almost all my neighbors have had their cars damaged by the valet parking - and the company is not helpful. IT IS NOT WORTH IT AT ALL FOR THE PRICE. If you want downtown living like I did, you can find better places in the French Quarter or Garden District that have better insulated windows and are more secure.The actual apartment is modern and this is a great location. I moved into 925 Common Apartments in October of 2009. The apartments are very nice high quality apartments and the staff is very friendly. The windows are very thin and you can hear actual conversations of people on the street. If there is road construction or a Saints game, plan on getting no sleep.
