This company is a joke. They completely screwed me over. They came to look at 2 washing machines I have that needed repair. The repair man said it would be a couple weeks. A month later I called and they said parts are back ordered and it will be 5-7 weeks. Three months later I called and they tell me they don't make parts for this any more. Donot use this company

These guys are HORRIBLE. They never answer phone calls. They never do what they say they are going to do. I have called their 3 different lines 40 or 50 times the last 2 months to try and get information about a part they supposedly ordered from me, and they never return my call. A woman answered ONE TIME and promised a return call, and I never did. STAY AWAY!!!!!
