I have lived here for a month and this brand new property is still under constructions so it has its ups and downs. The location is great, it is a quiet community of mostly new graduates, graduate students, and young professionals... It is great knowing you are the among the first people to live somewhere but it requires patience. Small issues you have may go overlooked or be pushed back in...
