I recently had a house built and was told 31-A would be coming to measure and install my shower door after I moved in. The manager came and measured.. I was told 3-4 weeks for my door to be in and installed and someone would call and schedule a time for installation. Its now been over 2 months and no one seems to know what is going on. Every time I call they have to call me back, and if I am lucky and get a call back "the manufacturer is running behind" is the answer I get. I am fed up with this company and will NEVER use them again, I will NEVER recommend them to anyone, and I will make sure EVERYONE knows just how sorry they are.
WOW, WHAT A COMPANY!!! What can I say.other than if you want to waste your valuable time, energy, and efforts, CALL THIS COMPANY! To rate this company with one star is saying too much. I was promised that they would have someone over to service my fireplace on a Friday. I gave them a good window of time to come around and then took the day off to be home when they arrived. Do you think they showed up or even called...**** No! I then called them back to find out if there was an issue and the employee that answered the phone said she would check and get back to me. An hour later I had to call back, only to find out that anyone who had a clue was out of the office searching for a clue to share with the rest of the employees. It gets better.after apologizing for a scheduling SNAFU, they asked that I have someone home between the hours of 8 - 8:30 a.m. and that my service call would be the first one of the day.****O, at 9:15 a.m. my wife calls wanting to know if they're still going to show up. Another call to the office, and the person answering the phone has no clue about my service call and refers me to the individual that I made the appointment through.that individual was on his way to Tennessee and refers me back to the Joe Bag of Donuts that originally answered the phone. ****O, at 9:30 a.m. he promises to pass my message and concerns on to.you guessed it, THE MANAGER WHO'S STILL SEARCHING FOR a clue. I haven't heard from them still...
These fu*#ers take forever to get in contact with you. Their service is horrible and there are not enough words to express how I feel about 31 W Insulation Co. Inc. Never do business with these people.
