This was the worst moving experience I have ever had. They sent ups a pink colored truck which showed up couple hours late. According to the guy, they were coming from Tijuana! Very slow and We were left with one missing item (a PS3). Save yourself trouble and hire a different company.

I had the WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER with 24Moving out of San Francisco. I was lied to repeatedly by the office manager and their service reps; they missed the pickup and delivery times BADLY; they sent ONE PERSON to move my stuff half way across the country and up three flights of stairs (oh, and they tried charging me for going up stairs even though their website and service reps they wouldn't; they violated our contract. Whatever you do: NEVER, EVER use 24Moving out of San Francisco. And think long and hard about doing business with this organization at all!!!

One of the movers was really nice and but the other who was responsible for protecting my furniture with blankets didn't really care too much about being gentle with my furniture (he also didn’t cover my most expensive piece all the way and smashed the side of it into the pavement when he tipped it onto the dolly). When I filed a claim they offered me next to nothing ($40), and there are still scratches all over my walls from the large pieces (I moved over 2 months ago). It was not worth the money… I wanted movers because I have brand new furniture I wanted to be protected and instead those...

Move was good and I found 2 things broken.They never told me.I ignored the broken lamp and asked to get me the hand carved chair repaired which they took and returned after wards saying that it was glued before which was not true and they wrapped it so tightly that it broke from another place.very unfriendly and non compromising staff at the desk.pls find a good reliable mover who can offer good after move services.

Based on the outstanding 17 reviews and their not cheap prices I thought that my experience would be the same. However, they broke a few little pieces of my furniture. Nothing major, but still uncomfortable. They did reschedule the moving day and we had to move on the next day and not as it was planned. Finally, they worked fast when they really worked, but also, they had bunch of little breaks and actually slowed down to have more payable time for them.
