Members are friendly, I like how some watch me from a distance then after two years finally cine and ask me if I'm a model, then I show them my bb guns then they know I'm a fitness competitor lol.

I go to 24 hour for Brittany's yoga class. She is the best yoga instructor I've ever had. She is a professional who gives clear instructions and tells you how to modify if needed. She always asks if there are injuries before beginning a class and then remembers during the class to check in and give reminders on how to change the pose if you have a certain injury. She's the best!
